Phillip and Timothy has been through a lot thought a lot together, helping each other out all the time for survival. A strong relationship has developed between them, even starting to treat each other like family. When Timothy died after too much execution from trying to protect Phillip, it seem to Phillip that he has lost his grandfather not only that, but he has also lost the only person to help and guide him at that certain period, he lost his one and only connection with the real world, what anything looks like. So when he lost timothy not only that he lost a family, but he also lost a pair of eyes

Theodore Taylor

Theodore Taylor, an American author of various fiction and nonfiction books, was born on June 23, 1921 in the small town of Statesville, North Carolina.
He grew up in his town of birth, during a very historical but difficult time known as the Great Depression. Amazingly, he landed his first writing job at the tender age of thirteen, and got the idea to write his most famous publication, The Cay, while doing coast guard research on an adult book, and this book was also inspired by the Korean war and his first job. It's also interesting to note that The Cay was written in almost no time; it took Taylor only three weeks to complete it! Leisure activities he enjoyed when not writing include ocean fishing and foreign travel. When he was still alive, he resided at 1856 Catalina Street in Laguna Beach, LA

sterotype

one of my favorite movie, star wars, i think r2d2 is the most stenotype character I've ever seen, because the droid was actually played by a human cramming inside the costume. also a very stereotypic character is Jake from avatar(when hes in the alien form) he is less fake than r2d2 because he is at least playing a alien, but not a robot, but the fact that he is 3foot tall, blue skinned humanoid is superior to a walking blue and white trashcan. the most realistic character is Han solo from star wars, because he always wears a smudge of a playful smuggler, yet his face makes it hard to believe that hes bad, also the movie star wars came out earlier than the book, so everything about Han solo will be based on his appearance from the movie.

Greek mythology

   ancient greek has a lot of mythology and myths that explains life and broughts happyness. one of my favorite greek mythology is about Prometheus, the only nice titan.

  this story began when Zeus, after defeating Kronos and the titans he ordered his titan surrenderer called Prometheus to go and create mankind so the can worship him. he strictly forbidden Prometheus to give human fire, but after creating the humans Prometheus loves his creations so much that he wants to help them any way he can, so he gave us fire. when Zeus realize Prometheus had violated his orders, he tied him up and fed his heart to the crows, and uses his magical powers to keep him alive so that once his heart grows back, the vultures will eat it again, so the cycle of suffering continues.

  this story proves that not all titans are all bad and you cannot judge people(or god) by its race, even thought Prometheus is a titan, he was still honored by the Greeks because of his bravery and his endless suffering for the humans.
