i once saw a movie called 'holes" it was about prisoners sent to a digging site to dig holes and recover treasure from an ancient female robber who has a nickname called the kisser. The robber was originally a english teacher at the early times where there are laws and racism against black people. she fell in love with a black people and kissed him. But at that time black people cannot kiss white people, so the black guy violated the law and was killed by the police.the english teacher became mad and started robbing people, shooting them dead and kissing the corpse in the cheek.
if i am been discriminated, i would be very mad and will try my best to beat up people who tried to humiliate my race.

finally! its thanksgiving! I've been waiting for this for an entire year and now it has finally arrived! we watched my side of the mountain movie for a a whole class, ate a fabulous lunch that contains fries, sodas, turky shushi, cakes, and many more! i played ping pong for the whole afternoon and even read the first few chapters of a book i just borrowed this morning. this is really a great day, everybody was happy and has a lot of fun! hope thanksgiving will be like this next year!
story and movie comparision
the story my side of the mountain was made into a movie, but the movie was not exactly the same as the novel' here are some of the similarities and parts that are different
both the movie and a novel is has Sam going to the mountain, but one arrives by a cab while the other arrives by a bus. both of them has pets but in the movie, Sam had a pet raccoon, while the raccoon was only a friend in the book. both the movie and the book has Sam writhing down a journal, bother of them also have Sam getting and raising fearful, but in the book Sam climbed up to a tree, while in the movie Sam climbed to a cliff.bando was a musician in the movie , but he was a teacher in the book. the biggest difference between the book and the movie is that in the movie, frightful was shot dead by a hunter, while in the movie, frightful was not. also, in the movie his father never visited Sam, but ms. tuner. in the book, ms. tuner never saw sam's treehouse while his father does.
in other words the book and the movies has different parts, but both is trying to tell a story about a brave boy who run away from home and lives on his own.

consider this
timothy went to check things at the shore and left Phillip behind, Phillip thought that he was trying to dump him and gotten very scared. people tend to feel prejudice against others because of misunderstanding or feeling uncomfortable toward others because of being strangers.

22/11/2010
A lot of stuff happened this Monday, we got 2 half-new students in our class, and why is it half-new?? it is because they came from 8th grade and will be in our class for the rest of the year. I also get a warper for my tennis racket handle from my coach free because i managed to hit 30 times in a row at the wall. I finished my model about my bridge. A lot of stuff happened today and it is a day full of surprises!
topic v.s. theme
The story the highwayman was writing about a girl sacrificing her life to warn of her lover from being captured by shooting herself to create a loud sound. Who was she trying to save? She was trying to save a highwayman who robs the rich to get the money to the poor. After reading the story, I found out that the theme is “love is a powerful source”, because people tend to sacrifice everything for the ones they love. The girl shooting herself to warn off the highwayman is a good example from the story. The topic from this story is obviously the highwayman, because this that is what the story is talking about and the character was mentioned throughout the story.

living in the heart
What exactly is living in the heart? And what does it actually mean? My own definition on Living n the heart is to know and observe your environment, always happy and knowing what is going on.
So basically by living in the heart, it means to be optimists all the time. So how do you live in your heart? The answer is pretty simple yet the action required is very hard to accomplish. You need to think before you act and try to fathom what the others are thinking, and that causes their actions. Control your temper is also an important part, always think about the consequences and then decide whether or not you want to do it.
Now that we know our own definition of what living in the heart means, another phrase suddenly pops out of my mind. What is living in the mind and how does differ to living in the heart, well I think living in the mind is living in Your own imaginary world that is complete different to living in the heart.

HELPING A FRIEND
I helped a friend called Sean when he was picked on by one of our classmates, Sean was originaly a friend to the guy picking on him, but he later on found out his friend was only using him and making fun of him in front of people to get popular.
Sean seeked help from me and my group of friends, we protected him from his ex-friends scolding and complaining. Sean later on joined us and left his unloyal gang belind his pevious friend was shocked by sean's actions and regretted his actions toward his friend. He turned friendly and nice afterwards and the whole class turned into friends and inite instead oof sppliting into two groups.
Sean was very thankful of me helping him and joined our group, but he later on turned into friends with my best friend, so i thinnk i am like a third wheel now. After this issue, i think i will think twice about helping a friend.

quickwrite
I wish I could have everything I want at anytime, like Bill Gates. I would want to buy myself a private jet, and fly around the world. i also wish that i could have every game console in the world, and every game available. I would buy myself the white house, build an amusement park, and spend the rest of my money on toy models. But private jets, white house, amusement parks, and toy models can't make you happy all the time, you'll soon get bored of it. What really matters is a happy family and nice, loyal friends. And thats the stuff i have and want to continue having forever!
quick write
The white boy was hugging the black man, they care for each other and didn't judge each other by race, but because of their personalities.
What the author really want to tell everybody when writing this book is very similar to Dr.kings speech.she want her country to unite and people to take care of each other , treat each other like equals, and improve together!
It may seem hard at first for the boy to trust the man, but at the end thay trust each other, so can our country!

"I can't let you go right now, frightful, you have to hunt for me,please stay." Sam pleaded. Frightful did not response immediately, instead, he looks at Sam with his dark brown eyes. he was very troubled because he knew only mad humans talk to birds."Besides, i hate being lonely and needs company to make it through winter." Sam added.
Frightful finally got persuaded to stay with this lonely man, because he can't imagine what will happen to his owner if he goes away, and he was not a truly wild animal ,he was trained and treated as a pet.
